In the news…
You’ve probably seen recent headlines about tech firms going through hiring freezes or sizable layoffs altogether. From our side, it does look like the frothy job market of the past year+ is finally starting to slow, and over the next several months we’ll likely see the effects trickle down from big tech into startups. (In case you haven’t seen it, here’s a layoff tracker where you can see what startups / tech co’s have been affected so far)
But it’s not all doom and gloom from here - startups are still intent on hiring top talent and offering more benefits in the process, supergiant funding rounds are on the rise, and our clients are actually still growing quickly, not to mention doing some pretty cool things:
