As we’ve grown, we get a good amount of clients reaching out to us for help on roles we’re less equipped to recruit for. These aren’t things that we work on actively, but always have our eyes and ears open for candidates that we can share.
We want to try something new with these roles: We want to crowdsource the recruiting.
Here are the asks:
We’re looking for someone with~2-5 yrs of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing for a D2C eCommerce company. The role is for a late stage D2C wine subscription company, and can be remote.
We want someone who is an Operations / GM type candidate, who wants to manage and run a small property management company in Chicago. This is a great job for someone who wants to ‘be their own boss’ - stable salary and profit-sharing on top.
We want someone who is excited about working with a seasoned entrepreneur in a ‘co-founding’ capacity in Chicago, to test an incubate projects in the (a) philosophy and (b) finance space. No referral fee**

Recruiting tip of the month
~80% of candidates do not send follow up emails / thank you notes after interviewing these days. If you want to stand out — send that thank you note. Even better if you customize it to the conversation you just had, and use it as a chance to reiterate your interest in an opportunity.
