As we’ve grown, we get a good amount of clients reaching out to us for help on roles we’re less equipped to recruit for. These aren’t things that we work on actively, but always have our eyes and ears open for candidates that we can share.
We want to try something new with these roles: We want to crowdsource the recruiting.
Here are the asks:
We’re looking for someone with ~2-5 yrs of experience in growth marketing / performance marketing for a D2C eCommerce company. The role is for a consumer ecommerce gummy vitamins startup, incubated by a Venture Studio in the health & wellness space.
We’re looking for someone who has licensed content accounting experience, for a Director-level role at a Media Streaming company in LA.

Recruiting tip of the month
What you don’t know about resume parsing: On occasion, candidates try to have their resume stand out by using bold colors, interesting fonts, graphics, layouts, etc. on their resumes. Unless you are in a creative field, DO NOT DO THIS. When you apply to a job post via a site like LinkedIn, or Greenhouse, or Lever - these sites have embedded resume parsing tools that help ‘read’ your resume and break it down for the hiring manager (Email field, Company fields, Education field, etc.). The more straightforward your resume format is, the greater the likelihood that all your info gets parsed correctly. When a hiring manager is skimming through hundreds of profiles all at once, this may make or break whether they give your application a second look.
