We’ll keep this short and sweet: There’s been a big ask for us to pull together updated comp benchmarks based on numbers we were seeing and hearing in 2020.
We’ve packaged the results nicely into this nifty Startup Compensation Guide, which features comp benchmarks collected from 300+ data points across business roles at startups and tech companies.
Two asks from everyone:

Help us figure out equity benchmarks: Share your anonymized comp data with us (there is a submission form on the guide that you can also access here), especially if you work at a startup or tech company with equity. Everyone wants guidelines around equity, and we’d love to be able to provide data on that front, once we have a more robust set of data that we feel confident in sharing
